Booking via Airbnb:
Bookings via Airbnb follow Airbnb booking policies. In addition, the following will apply for all Airbnb bookings:

Minimum stay that can be booked is for 3 nights

Bookings are manually approved to ensure all dates are available

Maximum total number of guests is 4, including all adults and children

Cancellation up to 5 days before arrival is free of charge

All payment/refund matters are handled through Airbnb

Any complaints and/or disputes are handled through Airbnb's dispute resolution process

Bookings via Booking.com follow Booking.com policies. In addition, the following will apply for all Booking.com bookings:​

For booking directly with us, the following policies apply:​

Minimum stay for long-term stays is one calendar month

Depending on the length of stay, the appropriate contract will be provided

For booking of long-term stays, the following deposit apply:

20% of total stay cost to be paid to confirm booking, non-refundable

Total cost of stay to be paid at latest one week before check-in
