Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: 16:00 until 22:00

  • Late check-in may be accommodated against a fee​

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Quiet Hours

• Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 until 06:00

Maximum Occupancy

• The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests

No Parties or Events

• Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted

Apartment Use

No Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment

• If you smoke, please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly

Pets

• One small pet can be permitted. Please see separate pet policy

Air Conditioning

• Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment.

Kitchen Use

• The kitchen is fully equipped for your use

• Please clean up after cooking and avoid leaving food or crumbs to prevent pests

Communal Areas

Pool Rules

• The communal pool is available between 06:00 until 22:00

• Follow all posted pool rules. These can be found in the pool area

• Children must be supervised at all times

• No glassware in the pool area; please use plastic cups

Parking

• Use only the designated parking space

• Do not block access for other residents

• Parking is only for personal cars. Camper vans and trucks cannot be parked in the gated parking area

Safety and Security

Keys and Access

• Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment

• Lost keys will incur a callout fee plus the cost of replacement

Emergency Contacts

• In case of emergencies, please contact the property manager. Phone number will be provided on arrival

Departure

Cleanliness

• Kindly dispose of trash in the designated bins and leave the apartment tidy

• Washing dishes before departure is appreciated

Towels and Linens

• Leave used towels in the bathroom

• Do not remove towels or linens from the apartment

Damages

• Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately to the property manager

• Significant damages from may result in additional charges
